Performance spectrum

We use modern methods with an emphasis on a gentle approach and fast recovery. Overnight gynaecological surgery offers a modern and gentle solution to a wide range of procedures performed in a safe environment with maximum emphasis on patient comfort, fast recovery and minimal time burden.

Hysteroscopy

A minimally invasive gynaecological method that allows a direct view of the uterine cavity using a camera (hysteroscope) inserted through the vagina and throat. It is used for diagnosis (detection of causes of bleeding, infertility) and surgery (removal of polyps, fibroids).

Curettage

A short gynaecological procedure (15-20 min) under general anaesthesia in which the mucous membrane of the uterine cavity or cervix is removed using a curette. It is performed for medical or diagnostic reasons.

Endometrial biopsy

A diagnostic procedure in which a small sample of the lining of the uterus (endometrium) is taken for histological examination. It is used to detect the causes of abnormal bleeding, diagnose mucosal hyperplasia (growth), inflammation or cancer.

Cervical conization

A common, quick gynaecological procedure in which part of the cervical tissue is removed, usually in the shape of a cone. It is performed to treat or diagnose precancerous changes of the cervix.

Labioplasty

Plastic surgery that reduces and reshapes the labia minora (or labia majora) to address physical discomfort in everyday life.

Diagnostic laparoscopy

A minimally invasive surgical method used to view the abdominal cavity or pelvis using a camera inserted through small ports. It makes it possible to pinpoint the cause of vague pain or other gynaecological problems (endometriosis, infertility, inflammation).

Revision of the uterine cavity

A procedure to remove tissue from the uterine cavity. It is performed in the context of a silent pregnancy or incomplete spontaneous abortion.

Artificial termination of pregnancy

Up to the 8th week of pregnancy. It is performed surgically (by vacuum aspiration).

Extirpation of Bartholin's gland cyst

A procedure to permanently resolve chronic, recurrent cysts or abscesses. It is performed under general anesthesia, where the physician removes the entire gland from a short incision in the area of the vaginal entrance.

Diagnostic and operative laparoscopy

A minimally invasive surgical method that allows organs in the abdominal cavity or small pelvis to be examined and treated using a camera and instruments inserted through small ports (typically to remove an ovarian cyst).

Laparoscopic sterilization

A highly effective, minimally invasive, and permanent contraceptive method in which the fallopian tubes are severed to prevent fertilization.

Vaginal, abdominal and laparoscopically assisted hysterectomy

Surgical removal of the uterus, which is performed through three main approaches: vaginal (without scarring the abdomen), abdominal (open surgery) and laparoscopically assisted (minimally invasive with a camera). The choice of method depends on the diagnosis, the size of the uterus and previous operations, with the aim of minimising the burden on the patient.

Vaginal wall plasty

A gynaecological procedure that strengthens the vagina and pelvic floor, often addressing the descent (prolapse) of the uterus, vaginal walls, often caused, for example, after childbirth.
