The Urology Department provides a comprehensive spectrum of urological care within its two outpatient offices, from basic physical examination methodologies to complete instrumental and functional examinations. It has a wide range of modern diagnostic and therapeutic devices.

Urology procedures are very diverse within day care. We work closely with surgical and other departments of our hospital.

We use state-of-the-art imaging technology in our well-equipped operating theatres, so all our operative work is directed towards minimally invasive and endourological operations.

Surgical removal of part or all of the foreskin, permanently exposing the glans penis

Hydrocele surgery

A routine urological procedure that is performed with general or spinal anesthesia. The aim is to remove fluid from the testicular sheath and prevent its return by plasty of the sheath.

Varicocele surgery

The most effective treatment for varicose veins in the scrotum, performed to address pain or infertility

Spermatocele surgery

A surgical procedure in which a benign cyst containing fluid and sperm is removed.

Vasectomy

A surgical procedure in which a man's fallopian tubes are severed to sterilize him. It is a form of male contraception.

What to deliver:

  • A physician's note, if your physician has issued one
  • Medical reports related to the medical problem, or X-ray, MRI if available

Pre-operative care

Before the actual surgical procedure, it is essential to have a pre-operative examination.

In order to provide you with maximum comfort and save time, we will provide you with a complete pre-operative examination within our clinics.

If you choose to have a checkup with your general practitioner, we recommend scheduling it approximately three weeks prior to your surgery date.

When you schedule your surgery, we will provide you with a list of necessary collections and tests, including detailed instructions. You must bring the results with you on the day of surgery.
